In my role as a director and writer, my mission is to provoke, question, and ultimately offer solace to audiences. I specialize in crafting dramedies that blend satire with a wry and surreal sense of humor, as well as dramas steeped in tragedy featuring anti-heroes, anti-villains, or tragic figures. My visual aesthetic frequently employs saturated color palettes and chiaroscuro lighting to enhance the narrative depth. I delve into themes such as sexuality, race, class, blackness, the inherent flaws of the status quo, self-interest, complicit dehumanization, and hubris, aiming to shed light on the complexities of the human experience.
